April - September 2014 Changing of the Guard by the Kravat Regiment

The Cravat Regiment is the Croatian light cavalry regiment from the 17th century known for their uniforms and picturesque scarves after wich the 'tie' was named. In their tribute at twenty minutes before noon, head for Zagreb's Upper Town for the 'Changing of the Guard' ceremony which beginswith an attractive preparation of the Guard and their weapons. The ceremony involves the entire formation of thirteen soldiers, four horsemen, armourers, drummers, flag bearers and a commander.
