25.-28.1.2016. Free Will Causality And Luck Conference
The Free Will Causality And Luck Conference, organized by the Institute of Philosophy will take place from 25th January to the 28th January 2016 at the Institute of Philosophy in Zagreb, Croatia.
The conference will cover areas like Is there an agent which can be genuinely free as a substance, What kind of causality can fit libertarian/compatibilistic/deterministic approaches to free will, Can responsibility fit into a deterministic picture or not, Are there genuinely indeterminate events which are not random and do not happen due to sheer luck, What is the nature of the agency of the will, Can luck account for freedom, after all and more.
