Four top Israeli musicians combine in forming “Tempera” a fascinating and innovative group, who, through their unique style of virtuosic playing, explore different facets and sounds in music. Yigal Meltzer, trumpet, has been the Principal Trumpet of the Israel Philharmonic since 2001. He studied in New York. He has appeared as soloist with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Israel Chamber Orchestra, and many others under the batons of Zubin Mehta, Kazushi Ono and Mendy Rodan.
