The Zagreb Olive Institute and Slobodna Dalmacija will once again hold a festival of olives where a double-blind analysis of all participating olive oil products will be undertaken by the Department of Public Health from Šibenik; while abiding by the world’s highest standards to measure quality.

An organoleptic test of all the oil will be undertaken by the OLEA company — also from Šibenik — whose evaluators are trained professional olive oil tasters.
