As soon as the April sun shines upon the city, Zagreb's streets become reminiscent of age-old traditions with historical figures dressed in costumes, folklore ensembles, promenade concerts at city parks, street performes, and 'kumice' (market ladies) strolling about. All of which evoke the warm spirit of the city and its people, just as it used to be!
