The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb occasionally offers for sale, to the highest sealed bidder, various used automobiles, household or office furniture, appliances, and computer equipment. Bid auctions will be announced and posted on this website. Each bid auction is separate and distinct, and will list instructions and criteria for participation and bid submission.

The items are offered on a “where is and as is” basis, as by State Protocol RH and Croatian Ministry of finance and Custom with no custom fees, VAT or special taxes.

The Embassy IS NOT responsible for custom or registration charges or for ascertaining whether or not the vehicle can be in fact registered.
